Our podcast series on maternal and infant health, the Healthy Birthing Journey Podcast, is the subject of a story broadcast this week by Northwest Arkansas public radio station KUAF.
ACHI Executive Director Sandra McGrew, who hosts the podcast, tells reporter Fallon Frank the project expands on an ACHI infographic identifying nine points on the birthing journey where analysts and researchers have identified opportunities for Arkansas to improve outcomes for mothers and infants. On the podcast, McGrew interviews a wide range of experts, from healthcare and public health leaders to lawmakers and community leaders across the state.
The series launched in April. All the episodes that have been released to date are available on our website, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
