Director, Information Systems Architecture


As Director of Information Systems Architecture at the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI), Ms. Money oversees management of the Center’s analytical data environment.

She utilizes project management protocols and information quality principles to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data required for health policy development and research. Ms. Money directs data acquisition, validation, documentation and training to ensure comprehensive data governance and data management for ACHI’s analytical data warehouse. In addition, she is responsible for ensuring that all processing and data access meets HIPAA compliance requirements.

Ms. Money brings to ACHI 17 years of experience in database design, management and data analysis, specializing in health and lifestyle data integration. She has extensive experience in private sector marketing data management where she executed projects requiring integration of information from disparate data sets. This experience is ideally suited for pulling health information from different sources into a single view to create a comprehensive summary of health in Arkansas.

Currently, her work is focused on implementation planning for an all-payer claims database to support efforts to improve Arkansas’s health payment system.
Ms. Money holds a master of arts from Oklahoma State University and a master of fine arts from the University of Oklahoma.
