David Sanders is ACHI’s director of information systems architecture. He oversees the team managing the Arkansas Healthcare Transparency Initiative’s All-Payer Claims Database, a large-scale repository of health data submitted by public and private insurers and the Arkansas Department of Health that supports research projects and policy decisions aimed at improving the health of Arkansans. Sanders has more than 20 years of experience leading complex data and technology initiatives. He previously built and led data architecture and systems oversight functions at organizations including Amazon Web Services, Euronet Worldwide, Acxiom, KForce, and Alltel. He has a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University.
