On Monday, July 12, ACHI submitted a public comment on Arkansas’s waiver application for Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me, or ARHOME, the proposed overhaul of the state’s Medicaid expansion program known currently as Arkansas Works.
Monday was the last day of the public comment period for the application, which was unveiled June 13. There will be another opportunity for the public to weigh in on the application, however: A federal public comment period will occur later this summer.
ACHI Health Policy Director Craig Wilson discussed the content of the application in a blog post last month.
