Nichole Stanley, PhD, is ACHI’s director of analytics. She oversees ACHI’s analytic efforts, which draw on one of the most comprehensive state-based healthcare data assets in the country, the Arkansas Healthcare Transparency Initiative, to turn data into knowledge and insight to inform healthy choices and policies.
Stanley has wide-ranging experience in analytics and research. She previously worked as a statistician and epidemiologist for the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care and has contributed to several peer-reviewed research papers. At ACHI, she developed a methodology for linking data across multiple sources using encrypted IDs.
A graduate of Hendrix College, Stanley earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
