Description: The Arkansas Department of Health is accepting public comments on the Rules Governing Medical Marijuana Registration, Testing, and Labeling in Arkansas promulgated under the Authority of Amendment 98 of the Constitution of the State of Arkansas of 1874 from July 5, 2026, to August 5, 2026. The proposed changes update the rule to current licensing law and other programmatic changes.
